1. File Registration & Fees

The file registration fee will be charged according to the selected package. Once a file has been created, the fee paid, whether full or half, will be strictly non-refundable.

There is no additional fee apart from the file registration fee for the Basic or Gold package.

2. Family Contact Information

The contact number and address of selected families will only be provided with their consent and approval.

By registering with the institution, I authorize and permit the institution to upload my complete details and mobile number on the website and to share my information with other families for matrimonial purposes.

3. Matching & Family Status

Marriage proposals may only be provided or displayed to you according to your family status and the information provided in your profile.

The institution reserves the right to determine which profiles or proposals are suitable to be displayed or shared based on the information and preferences provided.

4. Verification & Responsibility

The institution does not conduct personal, family, financial, educational, professional, or background verification of any family or individual registered on the platform.

The institution does not provide any guarantee regarding the identity, character, background, information, or circumstances of any registered family or individual.

Users are strongly advised to conduct their own complete investigation and verification before proceeding with any proposal.

After satisfactory personal verification, families should visit each other’s homes and meet in a safe and appropriate environment.

Do not invite anyone to your home without completing proper investigation and verification.

The institution shall not be responsible for any unforeseen incident, loss, damage, fraud, dispute, or other circumstances arising from interactions or meetings between families or individuals.

5. Code of Conduct

Any person involved in inappropriate behavior, misbehavior, harassment, abusive communication, flirting, or any other unacceptable conduct may be blacklisted immediately, and their file may be closed without further notice.

The institution reserves the right to take appropriate action against any member who violates the rules, policies, or code of conduct.

6. File Closure & Package Expiry

If a member requests to close their file before the completion of the selected package period, the paid fee will remain non-refundable.

If an activated package expires and the member wishes to reactivate their file, the applicable fee will have to be paid again.

Similarly, if a file is closed before its package expiry and the member later wishes to reactivate it, the required reactivation/package fee may be charged again.

7. Declaration & Consent

I confirm that I have obtained all the necessary information online and that I voluntarily agree to all the above-mentioned Terms & Conditions.

I agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including any changes, additions, amendments, or modifications that may be made by the institution from time to time.

I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions related to the creation and maintenance of my matrimonial file.

By creating a file and paying the applicable fee, I acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.

8. Non-Refundable Fee

Note: Any fee paid, whether full or partial, is strictly non-refundable.
