1. File Registration & Fees<\/h2>

The file registration fee will be charged according to the selected package. Once a file has been created, the fee paid, whether full or half, will be strictly non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>

There is no additional fee apart from the file registration fee for the Basic<\/strong> or Gold<\/strong> package.<\/p>

2. Family Contact Information<\/h2>

The contact number and address of selected families will only be provided with their consent and approval.<\/p>

By registering with the institution, I authorize and permit the institution to upload my complete details and mobile number on the website and to share my information with other families for matrimonial purposes.<\/p>

3. Matching & Family Status<\/h2>

Marriage proposals may only be provided or displayed to you according to your family status and the information provided in your profile.<\/p>

The institution reserves the right to determine which profiles or proposals are suitable to be displayed or shared based on the information and preferences provided.<\/p>

4. Verification & Responsibility<\/h2>

The institution does not conduct personal, family, financial, educational, professional, or background verification<\/strong> of any family or individual registered on the platform.<\/p>

The institution does not provide any guarantee regarding the identity, character, background, information, or circumstances of any registered family or individual.<\/p>

Users are strongly advised to conduct their own complete investigation and verification before proceeding with any proposal.<\/p>

After satisfactory personal verification, families should visit each other’s homes and meet in a safe and appropriate environment.<\/p>

Do not invite anyone to your home without completing proper investigation and verification.<\/strong><\/p>

The institution shall not be responsible for any unforeseen incident, loss, damage, fraud, dispute, or other circumstances arising from interactions or meetings between families or individuals.<\/p>

5. Code of Conduct<\/h2>

Any person involved in inappropriate behavior, misbehavior, harassment, abusive communication, flirting, or any other unacceptable conduct may be blacklisted immediately<\/strong>, and their file may be closed without further notice.<\/p>

The institution reserves the right to take appropriate action against any member who violates the rules, policies, or code of conduct.<\/p>

6. File Closure & Package Expiry<\/h2>

If a member requests to close their file before the completion of the selected package period, the paid fee will remain non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/p>

If an activated package expires and the member wishes to reactivate their file, the applicable fee will have to be paid again.<\/p>

Similarly, if a file is closed before its package expiry and the member later wishes to reactivate it, the required reactivation\/package fee may be charged again.<\/p>

7. Declaration & Consent<\/h2>

I agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, including any changes, additions, amendments, or modifications that may be made by the institution from time to time.<\/p>

I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions related to the creation and maintenance of my matrimonial file.<\/p>

By creating a file and paying the applicable fee, I acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions.<\/p>

8. Non-Refundable Fee<\/h2>

Note: Any fee paid, whether full or partial, is strictly non-refundable.<\/strong><\/p>
